Incorporate your Dutch BV online for a fraction of the cost

After incorporation, do not forget to record the agreements between the shareholders of the BV in a shareholders' agreement. It often happens that a shareholder wants to leave the company after some time, because the cooperation is not going well. It can then be difficult to separate without a shareholder agreement. Therefore, avoid conflicts, ambiguity and lengthy procedures by recording the agreements between the shareholders in a shareholders' agreement.
